The Lead Meteorologist and Winter Program Leader from the National Weather Service Binghamton Office will give a rundown of significant events that occurred in our area this Summer, while providing an outlook for how things look for the coming Winter.  Whatever weather we get, learn about how you can participate as a Citizen Scientist in the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, & Snow Network (CoCoRAHS).
