Cosmos Breakdown

FOX Network’s remake of the series Cosmos is bringing new attention to the man behind the ground breaking original series in 1980, late Cornell professor Carl Sagan.

Carl Sagan was an American astronomer, astrophysicist, cosmologist, author, science popularizer and science communicator in astronomy and natural sciences.  Sagan authored more than 20 books about space and the universe. He won a Pulitzer Prize for his work. His TV series Cosmos still remains one of the most-watched shows in television history. Sagan helped NASA with U.S. space missions to Venus, Mars, and Jupiter.
